Key Roles and Responsibilities

1.Lead monthly actual/forecast process in APA MFG Finance department, including

a.developing forecast timetable and cascading to all the plants,

b.reviewing and analyzing submission from assembly and powertrain plants (Issue to Issue, YoY, QoQ, Half over Half, etc.),
c.coordinating with plant MFG controllers to understand monthly forecast variance
d.Responsible for overall Manufacturing profit consolidation, submit to regional profit team/global skill team, and report to the senior management (both finance and operation)
2.Be responsible to develop physical based 5-year Business Plan for Asia Pacific manufacturing plants. Work with operation teams to get physicals for business development and align with plant controllers on business plan results.
3.Review and analyze plant Budget submission. Validate variance explanations and prepare consolidated review package. Coordinate with Asia Pacific profit team and market skill team for system update and variance explanation input.

4.Prepare scorecard and BPR for regional and global skill team. Work with markets to deepdive cost reduction opportunities and develop Asia Pacific MFG roadmap.

5.Drive process standarization/improvement and common forecast methdology roll out to Asia Pacific plants.

6.Motivate, coach and train the team, and work in individual development plan

7.Lead Internal Control activity in MFG and MFG Finance to meet internal control compliance

Requirements

1.Bachelor in Accounting or Finance , MBA is a plus
2.5-7 years working experiences in MNC as manager or supervisor
3.Business analysis and Manufacturing experiences
4.Ability to lead, coach and motivate the team
5.Plant Manufacturing Finance Knowledge
6.Good analytical skill and logic thinking
7.Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
8.Strong Excel, PowerPoint skill
9.Good management presentation skill
