Job Target and Assignment 工作目标及任务

1.Do the audit for the potential suppliers;

2.Making sure the stable quality of the suppliers;

3.Deal with the quality problems in time and improve continually for the suppliers.

1.对潜在的供应商进行质量审核和评估；

2.确保供应商供货质量稳定；

3.供应商质量问题的处理及持续改进

Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Do the audit for the potential suppliers;

2. Clarifying technical and quality requirements (such as drawing, etc.) with suppliers;

3. Give the support to improve continually for the quality of the suppliers

4. Follow up the improvement measures for the suppliers

5. Deal with the material quality problems in time and improve continually for the suppliers.

6. Supervising the suppliers production to ensure their coincidence;

7. Other task from managers;

1. 潜在供应商的审核和评估；

2. 与供应商技术和质量要求的澄清；

3. 对供应商质量持续改进的支持；

4. 跟踪供应商改善措施；

5. 及时处理零部件质量问题并确保供应商持续改善；

6. 监督供应商生产确保产品合格；

7. 其它上级安排的工作；

Requirements 工作要求

1.Education: Bachelor in technical or material background;

2.Language skill: strong English ability on reading, speaking, writing, listening;

3.Computer skill: familiar with officer software

4.Working experience: At least 3 years of machining process or mechanical product design experience, has experience of deal with supplier operation; prefer to have the experience of welding process or electrical components.

5. Skill (technical, leadership……):familiar with drawing, implementation, quality trouble shooting.familiar with related gears’ knowledge and ISO quality system;

6. Others: strong responsibility sense, fit to business trip often,extroversion and good communication skills.

1.教育：本科机械或材料背景

2.语言能力：较强的英文听说读写能力；

3.计算机能力：熟悉办公软件

4.工作经验：至少有3年机械加工制造或机械产品设计的工作经验，有供应商管理经历；有焊接或电机类产品工作经验更佳；

5.技能（技术，领导力……）：良好的读图能力，执行能力，质量问题处理能力；熟悉齿轮相关知识以及ISO质量体系；

6.其他：工作责任心强，能适应经常性的出差；外向型性格，沟通能力强。
