Job responsibilities:
1. Interfaces with oversea/domestic customer for inquiry, acquisitions, acknowledgement
2. Utilize sales forecast and order demands in order to establish sequence and lead time of each operation and determine the accuracy of master production schedule
3. Analyzes resource demand plan (facility ,manpower, materials) in order to ensure production planning fulfillment
4. Run MRP via ERP system to generate PR
5. Generate WO through ERP
6. Work with Purchasing & Logistics to make sure PO released and material arrival on time
7. Organize weekly schedule meeting for material/quality issue troubleshooting
8. Prepare and update shipping schedule，to support Warehouse/Logistics for execution
9. Monitor inventory levels to make sure Lean Inventory vs OTD
10. Review engineering changes or new product implementation for feasibility and schedule into the production plan for execution.
11. Complete other assignments requested by Planning Manager.

Job requirements:
-College degree or above, more than five years’ experience in production and material planning , preferred in mechanical manufacturing company
-Very family with ERP system (SAP, oracel)
-The ability to utilize a variety of computer software packages required
-Good written English and basic spoken English
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
