Job description:
- Responsible for incoming quality controlling and continuous improvement
- Maintain incoming inspection instruction and control plan
- Lead incoming non-conformity material (MRB process )and follow up supplier corrective action
- Lead PMA handling and improvement actions
- Responsible for inspection records , database and reporting
- Lead incoming database setup (SAP) and operation instruction preparation
- Responsible for incoming section procedure and documentation maintenance
- Responsible for IQC inspection area and related dept area 5S activities and white board updating
- Lead inspector team performance appraisal and arrange training plan
- Lead Incoming continuous improvement program and cost reduction project

Job requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering or Material major in bachelor degree
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in manufacturing and/or quality management. Knowledge and experience in mechanical or plastic parts
- Familiar with relevant industry codes/standards
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills: background in interpretation of engineering drawings/specifications, metrology, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation
- Fluent in oral and written English,
- High sense of responsibility with result oriented and proactive response attitude
