Job Description:

Industrialization

- PTI&NPI:new products introduction to mass production

- Set up production line and routing time calculation

- Prepare relative document,such as P-FMEA,CP,Float chart,ect.

- Lead to solve technical problems in PTI&NPI process and mass production.



Management

- Give training to area leaders, line leaders and operators

- Focus on KPI(Eff%,FPY,OTD,Etc.)



Improvement

- All improvement projects set by production supervisor/Manager

- Lean cell transformation and Process standardization

- CIP

- Cost reduced



Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electric & Electronics or related

2. Min. 5 years work experience in manufacture background,have the knowledge of IE,lean production is preferred

3. Comunication skill and Team work

4. Excellent PC skills
