ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Coordinate new product quality plan, prepare APQP,PPAP documents and define inspection plan

- Make and update quality system procedure and quality Dept. internal instruction

- Make and implement the requirement of measuring instruments

- Solve process, final goods and customer complaint issues.

- Review MSA report

- Make quality monthly report

- Improve product quality through advanced quality methods

- Any other reasonable tasks requested by his manager.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:


1. University Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related field

2. Fluently bilingual in spoken and written Mandarin and English

3. Familiar with the production of mechanical product or rubber

4. 3 years combined experience in manufacturing/ quality area

5. Know well ISO9001 or QS9000, TS16949 quality system, preferably has qualification for internal auditor

6. knowledge of gauge, tester and measuring methods

7. Master in quality control methods such as FMEA, SPC, MSA...

8. Better problem analysis ability and work independently

9. Experience on management and teamwork
