Job Description:
1. Develop, design and name mechanical parts and components;
2. Handle B.O.M structure;
3. Draw and inspect product assembly and propose parts plan;
4 Responsible for the curriculum vitae of management from debug equipment to equipment maintenance;
5. Manage drawings, brochures and product samples, mapping spare parts, improve the drawings;
6. Draw up a plan about installing support, inspect and debug of new equipment, explain mechanical principle and repair essentials，solve the problems that exist in the installation process;
7. Do the quality control during the whole process;

职位描述

1. 开发与设计机械零部件；

2. 根据图纸制定物料采购清单；

3. 绘制产品装配图及零部件图；

4. 负责从设备调试开始到设备维修的履历管理；

5. 对图纸、说明书、产品样本进行分类管理，测绘备件、改进图纸；

6. 制定安装计划，验收、调试新设备，并能讲解机械原理及修理要领，解决安装过程中存在的问题；

7. 对产品的质量控制；

Job Requirement:

1. Specialist skills, machinofacture major and related major;

2. More than three-year experience in mechanical design;

3. Familiar with the products of the manufacturing process, processing technology;

4. Familiar with the design about the mechanical parts;

5. Skilled use Pro/E to draw 3D and 2D drawings;

6. Proficiency in MS-office;

7. Ability of reading English specification and manual of equipment;

Advance technology is a newly established Canadian company. We're well known for custom manufacturing, outsourcing, engineering both electronic and mechanical, testing, debugging, system integration, custom fabrication, factory acceptance, quality control. We have a newly renovated factory with top of the line equipment to use. We have fabrication, assemble, testing, electrical, shipping/ logistics, materials departments. We are also looking for strong mechanics and electricians in the factory, as well as administration, sales, service, engineering, accounting, purchasing/materials for the office.
