职位概述：该职位的人员承担公司室内设计项目的各种渲染图的制作及安排，负责与设计师及效果图团队间的沟通配合工作，确保渲染图符合设计师的设计要求以及项目周期内相关阶段的标准，即，方案设计、扩初设计。
Job duties:
1. Render 3D drawings
2. Render plans
3. Post production
4. Manage Rendering team

5. Communicate and coordiante with designers

Job Requirement:
1. Architecture, interior design or related arts major background, 4 years above relevant working experiences, good sense of Arts and abilities;
2. Good command of utilizing 3DMAX, V-Ray, Photoshop and 3dmax software etc.
3. Able to complete 3D model, rendering of the lighting effect and post production
4. Familiar with material, colors match
5. Rich imagination, artistically, enough understanding for design requirement as well as the space construction, good sense of arts and individual portfolios
6. Strong communication, coordination ability with the team, team spirits, strong work responsibilities, able to complete the tasks assigned by the superiors

7.Certain level of Management skill

8.Proficient in English, has the ability to communicate with foreign designers


职位要求：
1：建筑、室内设计及相关美术专业，有4年以上效果图经验，有良好的审美能力；
2：能够熟练使用3DMAX ，- V-Ray ，Potoshop 等相关工作软件；
3：能独立完成3D模型，灯光效果的渲染以及后期调整；
4：熟悉材料、色彩搭配，，
5：想象力丰富，艺术感强，设计要求及空间构成有一定的理解力，审美观念强,有精彩个人作品。
6：强的沟通能力，协调能力和团队合作精神，有较强责任感，按时完成公司指派的工作。

7：具有一定的管理能力

8：英文较好、可以流利与外国设计师沟通
