职位描述

工作职责：

1．检验团队的管理 The management of all the inspection team

2．实验室管理 The management of the Lab

3．检验与测量设备管理 The management of inspection and testing equipment

4．文件控制 Document control

5．管理样品的I.S.I.R及制程能力分析 Mange the inspection of Initial samples and perform capability analysis

6．量产后产品检验管理 Mass production products inspection arrangement

7．量产后产品审核 Mass production product audit

8．纠正与预防措施的落实 The follow up of CAR/PAR


资历要求：

1．机电类专业/机械类专业/液压类/计量管理专业大专以上学历 College or above degree with major in electromechanics /mechanics/ hydraulics/metrology

2．能熟练使用各种检验设备如：CMM，OGP，工具显微镜, 圆度仪，轮廓度仪及一般通用量具 Be proficient in all kinds of inspection equipment such as CMM, OGP, Tool Maker’s Microscope, Roundness Tester, Profile tester and general gages etc.

3．熟悉ISO9001：2008质量体系 Be familiar with ISO9001: 2008 quality management system

4．良好的团队协作精神，细心，精确，稳定并注重细节Good teamwork, careful, accurate, stable and details oriented.

5．具备良好的协调管理能力 Possessing good coordinating and managing capability

6．能用英文进行书面交流，口语流利优先考虑 Can communicate with written English, Good oracle English is preferred.
