Hotel Sales Manager 酒店客户经理 （粤语）

Main Responsibilities:
Mainly contact with existing hotel partners.

Hotel contents optimization and quality check regularly both in English and native language, number of photos, hotel review etc.

Support hotel partners by updating the information via HMD

Entry of all activities / changes (rates and information) into the internal memo in the hotel master data.

Prepare reports per request.

Consolidate " Hot Recommendation Hotels" & promotion hotel list for HOHC's approval.

Update monthly "New Opening + New Online" hotel list and circulate to related Dept.

Internal office supplier.

Support in organization of trade show and trade events.

Assit FIT quality management colleague and hotel partner in case of any No-go, customer complaints and claim.

Main Requirements:

Cantonese speaking with proficient English skill

More than 3 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably with experience in hospitality industry.

Skilled at clearly conveying information through telephone and WebEx.

Communication effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the hotel partners.

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques.
