JOB DESCRIPTION
Development of Strategic Partners
- Develop strategic partner based on company’s offerings and customize to fit partner’s requirement
- Coordination of the development of technical solutions for strategic partners
- Constantly exploring potential strategical and affiliate leads
- Represent company at congress, conference and trade fairs
- Market monitoring and research on competitors’ offering and potential partners
- Prepare and sign strategic partner contract as representative of company
Affiliate sales target achievement:
- Affiliate sales target achievement
- Meet sales target: revenue turnover; number of contract signed; number of sales visits
- Conduct daily sales activity by telephone, visiting and email, etc and fill in daily sales report.
- Increase brand awareness in corporate industry in AP region
Management of strategic partner:
- Controlling (performance review) and statistics, review and approve commission payments
- Develop and implement promotional sales partnerships with strategic partners
- Account management with the goal of developing sales and
boosting profitability
- Conception, planning and implementation of online marketing and sales measures to affiliate partners
- Competitor Information collection
CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Business/Technical Skills:
- Proficient English in writing and speaking
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
- Strong negotiation & convincing skills
- Solid the industrial knowledge with positive thinking
- Self motivated and willing to working under pressure
Experience:
- 10+ years in sales & marketing, preferably with experience in hospitality/airline/travel agency background
- Experience with MNCs in China and Asia Pacific region
