Main responsibilities:

· Independently handling incoming enquiries, bookings, cancellations etc. and also take care the case which required pursuing and forwarding of cased
· Working with the telephone system, the computer hardware and other technical equipment and systems properly
· Following defined procedure in the call center and actively contributing to improving the procedures at the call center
· Taking on additional tasks to ensure and efficiency of operational workflow.
· Collecting requested information from customer side if necessary
· Communicating with other internal departments or hotels on an ongoing basis

Main requirements:

· University degree or above, preferable in English and tourism
· Minimum 1 years experience in customer service, hotels or call centre field.
· Knowledge and sense of hotel reservation and booking
· Interacting service orientated and flexible with people of different levels.
· Working independently and willing to work under pressure
· With sense of team working spirit
· Good oral and written English skill
· Excellent communication skills and customer service sense
· Good command of computer skill and MS office
