职位描述
Responsibilities：
a)The promotion and enforcement of the quality standards as defined in Dynamic Suspensions Supplier Development Manual within the supply base placing emphasis upon development and continuous improvement.
b)Exercise the supplier survey criteria upon the supply base in a fair consistent manner, rating and reporting as such to maintain a uniform structure.
c)Conduct supplier selection evaluations of potential suppliers, and prepare reports for review with APQP, Purchasing and Senior Management as necessary.
d)Participate in Supplier Sourcing Selection meetings
e)Support Company Global Purchasing strategies, including identification of New suppliers for New commodities (eg. Aluminium forging, machining, etc) within the Asia-Pacific Region
f)Support new program launch activities through supplier prototype, and production tooling, capacity verifications and PPAP reviews.
g)Support new program vehicle build and launch activities at OEM facilities (SGM, GM Korea, Ford China, etc)
h)Liaise with and support OEM facilities for customer concerns.
i)Place emphasis on the use of statistical techniques within the supply base, resulting in the receipt of data accompanying shipments and elimination of receiving inspection.
j)Assist with Supplier quality process audits and reporting.
k)Assist with Suppliers performance reporting (quality) of supply base within Asia-Pacific region.
l)Work with APQP and purchasing in developing new suppliers by auditing their compliance to ISO/TS 16949 and assisting in improving their quality standards.
m)Review and approve supplier’s PPAP for new program launch and engineering changes ensuring compliance to part drawing and engineering specifications.
n)Work in compliance with ISO 14001 / TS16949 standards.
o)Will maintain due diligence in regard to environmental matters, minimize any potentially harmful accidents and work in compliance with ISO 14001. Will follow the environmental guidelines for aspects as outlined in job training requirements.
p)Will work in compliance with all legislative requirements of the OHSA and will be accountable for specific Health & Safety responsibilities, as outlined under “Safety & Environmental Responsibilities – Office & Production Employees.
q)Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Quality Manager and/or General Manager
Qualification:：
a)Preferably with Quality, Supplier Development and Process Engineering experience.
b)Suitable individual should have gained knowledge in a cross-section of automotive process, strong in SPC and problem solving techniques.
c)6 sigma green belt or black belt as asset
d)Excellent communication skills; able to speak, read write English and Mandarin fluently
e)Working knowledge of OEM systems (GM and Ford)
f)Mechanical Engineering degree as asset
g)Possess ASQ certification (CQE or CQT) and/or 5 years (minimum) related experience
h)Must be able to travel within Asia and to North America (Canada, USA)
i)Prior Leadership training an asset
