职位描述
? understand accurately the working content, targets, schedule of customers’ projects
? coordinate project activities of various engineering departments in the company;
? cooperate with the company project managers if necessary;
? communicate with customers and company engineering departments;
? keep project timing schedule, milestones and scope of work on track;
? negotiate with and convince customers of project variation if applicable;
? launch project on budget;
? clarify customers’ engineering specifications and requirements;
? explain expectation and deliverables of engineering departments to customers;
? organize, conduct, attend project meetings together with company colleagues;
? follow up customers’ acceptance and payments;
? file and store all project documents properly for easily retrieved;
? maintain good relationship with customers and customer management members
? make good technical presentations and company introduction to customers
? participation of company marketing activities
? give program support and perform follow up meetings with customers’
? make and manage regular working plan
? directly report to Sales Director ECS China, functionally report to corresponding business divisions of ECS
? reporting, preparation, facilitation, writing minutes, coordination, follow-up project, reviews and action items at the customers
Requirements:
- minimum bachelor degree education in automobile engineering, mechanics or related disciplines, master and doctor degree preferred;
- about 2~3 consecutive years of working experience in vehicle chassis/cabin design;
- at least 3 years experience in program management of vehicle design service (chassis/cabin) in automotive industry in China;
- computer literate Office applications;
- very good skill of both English and Mandarin language – spoken and written;
- coordination skills;
