职位描述
major experience should have Iron casting and machining experience .
Job Responsibility:
Training and follow-up on APQP-documents
– Support during the continuous analysis of the documents filled in by the supplier (Control Plan, FMEA, process flow…)
– Support on checking the plausibility of follow-up charts upon request of the project manager
– Documentation of all activities in the course of supplier advancement in the form of minutes;
– Approval of PPAP and Run@Rate at the supplier location
– Appropriation of PPAP documents checked on plausibility and timing
– Responsible for technical arrangements and determinations which have been agreed with the suppliers
– Support of construction (with the target of first possible cooperation with strategic suppliers) on the production compatible design of the product (demand of process-ensured production)
– Change process (check, support with cost analysis)
– Inspection of the emergency plan and the failure strategy of the supplier
– Technical supplier evaluation as decision assistance for the determination of suppliers according to:
? Technique / Technology
? Product
? already manufactured reference products at the supplier
? technical "competition analysis" with several candidates (Technology, Technique ...)
– Participation in response to queries as well as to quotation verification (technical feasibility, capacity, date, quality ... )
– Participation in supplier’s workshops
– Impact concerning the supplier selection due to technical arguments and experiences with ?problem suppliers
– Power of veto in choosing supplier
– Coordination and accomplishment of supplier visits for supplier selection on site and for supervising the production progress.
– Participation and realization of assessment, system- and process audits
– Various projects or tasks assigned by superior
