职位描述
1. Training
- Supervise & directly train TPM knowledge to all sites Maintenance Managers
- Support activities with use of problem solving techniques, root cause analysis, brainstorming and
Team work
- organize TPM workshop in plant to improve network member TPM skill and team cooperation ability.
2.Maintenance Management
- coach site maintenance manager to build annual preventive maintenance plan
- conduct regular meetings with direct reports for communication purposes - Able to make decisions
and prioritize
- Preventive maintenance sysytem> ensure correctness & completion
- Predictive maintenance > support plant main breakdown :thermal imaging, oil analysis, transformer & gearboxes
- Minimizing machine downtime - MTBF – MTTR-NONTRS
3. Policy and Proceedures
-Determin centralized P&P for the effective Management and Control of Maintenance
4. Recruitment
- To be part of the recruitment process for all Plant Maintenance personnel
- To ensure that all plants are effectively staffed
3. Citizenship
- Maintenance Excellence Program - Supporting ISO & OHSAS programs
- Ensure that safety goals for department are met
4. Other tasks assigned by operation director.
· Master's degree with a specialisation in electric engineering or automatization
· Minimum 5 years experience in a plant
· Established skills in, 5 why methodology, job instruction, audits, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18000,TPM
· International mindset
· Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics,Robot,Seavo control system, &PLC
· Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
