Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the Chinese market;
2. Support the sales and service team of HCGF(sole sales channel for the HOMAG Group in China), introduce first class product information to customers;
3. Work with HCGF to look after the acquisition of new customers and support of existing ones;
4. Prepare the quotes autonomously,support HCGF in negotiating with customer, recommend the most suitable solutions and transfer customer requirement back to technical department;
5. Work together with HCGF to initialize offer, sales contract, bidding documents and coordinate with BARGSTEDT upon any other topics which is to strengthen the market position;
6. Be responsible for the strategic market development/expansion;
7. Spend enough time to study the Chinese market, understand customer character and customer requirement;
8. Build up a complete China customer spectrum to help our R&D department to launch competitive product;
9. Keep close contact with BARGSTEDT, and transfer the up-to-arts development to HCGF;
10. Organize training courses to sales person, present the recent developments and innovations as well as Unique Sales Points and make sure they understand and will benefit from this knowledge to win customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or comparable qualifications;
2. 5 years experience in the sector of sales, especially in the wood working machinery industry or similar business;
3. Native Mandarin as well as fluent English is a must;German language is not a precondition but an advantage;
4. High communication skills
5. Willing and flexible to travel extensively
