职位描述：

1.负责对车间质量问题处理，并分析整理相关文件推动供应链，产品工程的相关改进工作。

In Charge of the quality issue handling in workshop and analysis and arrange relative improvement to push the supply chain, product management etc. department.

2.负责协调处理客户抱怨分析，反馈，及时有效的完成客户抱怨的处置工作。

Coordinate the customer complaints, especially the analysis, feedback in order to on time handling with the case.

3.监控机器的过程质量，尤其对出厂前产品进行评审，必须落实所有项目要求的调试，整改等工作的落实，才能放行。

Monitor the process quality, especially carry out the audit before delivery. It is must to pass all the test, corrective actions etc.

4.协调供应链，推动供应商改善质量绩效。Support SCM to push the supplier improve the quality performance.

5.支持公司工艺过程文件的建立，尤其是车间内相关指导性文件。如不合格品管理程序，生产过程控制流程等。Support the process documents drafting, especially the relative WIs in shopfloor, ie. Non-conformance management, Production control process etc.

6.使用公司生产运营管理的系统（ERP或SAP）的质量模块。如检验，质量问题处置，客户抱怨，8D，CAR等。Use quality module in company operation system, ie. Inspection, quality issue handling, customer complaints, 8D, CAR etc.

7.安全巡查和推动。Safety round check and improvement.

8.完成上级指定的其他工作。Finish direct boss arranged other activities.

岗位要求：

1.本科以上学历.材料或机械类相关专业higher than BS degree

2.至少3年机械相关工作经验, 如质检, 工程或生产运营，最好能在机械装备业工作过。At less 3 years experience in mechanical , engineering, or operations, prefer working in mechanical equipment.

3. 具备较高的推动力和协调能力，尤其与各部门的配合推动力。 Better driving and communication skill, especially push other department persons improvement.

4. 会使用普通的通用检测仪器，如卡尺，千分尺等; Can use the general quality inspection tools , ie. Calipers, inner meters etc.

5. 熟悉BOM，具备很强的识图能力和GD&T。Familiar BOM, can understand the drawing and GD&T.
6. 基本的口头和书面英语技能Basic spoken and written English.
