职位说明：
1.负责公司电话接转、客户咨询、收发传真、文档整理等工作；
2.收发来往信件、快递、EMS及包裹；
3.负责门卡、名片制作，日用品管理，会议室及相关设备的协调、管理等工作；
4.负责名片制作，酒店、机票预定及每月公司行政开支账单核对并登记；
5.及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
6.协助部门主管的日常工作。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验。欢迎具有实习经验的应届生应聘。
2.office常用软件操作熟练；
3.普通话标准流利，具备基本的英语会话能力；
4.身高160以上，体貌端正，有较强的亲和力；
5.工作积极主动，有一定的应急处理问题的能力。
