工作职责：
1、日常数据管理：校验、更新和维护销售队伍相关数据库，确保数据质量；
2、销售指标管理：根据版块和指标设定表模板，收集并核查销售指标和板块设定合理性，及时并准确的导入销售管理系统；
3、跟踪销售完成：跟踪并监控销售队伍日常销售行为及目标达成，为业务部门提供与业绩评估相关的销售报告，和其它相关数据分析工作；
4、奖金计算与分析：支持日常奖金计算与分析，并参加到奖金方案规划设计中，提供数据分析支持。


任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医学、药学、数学、统计学、管理学等专业；
2、1年以上医药行业数据分析经验或2年以上专职数据分析经验；
3、良好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，会使用VBA或SPSS优先，有商业建模能力者优先。
5、有一定的英文读写能力，工作细致，具有较强的抗压能力

6、有市场研究行业、咨询行业经验者优先录取。
