As an Inside Sales Representative you will handle telephone contact and sales to new and existing customers, educating them about new PTC offerings, providing solution-based selling of PTC products and services, and following up to close those deals or getting our direct or channel partners engaged in the opportunity. In this internally based position, you will cultivate relationships with current customers, prospect for new customers, and develop your business-to-business sales skills. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be an integral part of the extended sales team supporting either direct sales or channel sales.

Responsibilities
? Minimum 50 calls outbound per day, 250 per week.
? Focus 50% of the time prospecting for new business in new accounts / entities of existing accounts.
? To achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s complete line of Software, Training and Consulting with monthly and quarterly commitments.
? Work with Certified Training and Software Partners to drive Revenue.
? Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining sales within existing accounts.
? Working with Cross Functional Groups such as MKT, TRN, OA, MNT and GSO.
? Track Sales Process, Contacts and Activities within PTC Internal CRM system
? Answer incoming calls and e-mails in relation to sales questions
? Answer questions on software, Training, and Consulting.

Minimum Requirements
4-year degree
2-year Inside Sales working experience in IT industry
Related experience in the software company is a plus
