Main mission:
The QC engineer is responsible of the product quality control, failure analysis, preventive and corrective action implementation verification and statistics.

Detailed missions:
1, Cooperate with project manager and design engineer to define the quality plan in every project and secure product/process quality, technical and business requirements;
2, Implement the existing suppliers’ audits and performance evaluation;
3, Identify needs of corrective actions’ plans, start and follow up identified ones at suppliers’ sites;
4, Conduct training and pushing supplier continual improvement to fulfill company requirements and improve their performance;
5, Responsible for supplier sample approval and monitor supplier developing schedule and ensure the sample has been submitted on time and conformity;
6, Carry out other instructions from NOD director.

Profile and experience:
1. University degree, engineering background preferred;
2. At least 3 years experience in supplier quality management;
3. At least 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering area;
4. Good PC skills;
5. Must be willing to learn, self supporting, open minded, hard working;
6. Fluent Chinese, intermediate English level minimum;
7. Available for business travel.
