【岗位职责】
1、制定网络联盟推广、发展策略、发布商政策，预算制定与控制，佣金制度改善，以期达到双赢；
2、与产品目录管理部门（CM）协作，获悉其产品定位目标，制定策略，成功实施联盟营销，并作后期优化；
3、运营联盟日常事务，包括目标制定、发布商招募、激励、沟通，广告跟踪、分析、财务结算等；
4、向发布商传播产品优势，倡导双赢的价值观，培养出积极配合、有效率、有效果的核心发布商团体；
5、管理、维护与大型发布商的关系；
6、设计、实施、改进广告跟踪评价系统；
7、管理优化广告制作及广告系列；
8、对计划执行的情况提供量化的报告。

【职位要求】
1、本科（专业不限）；
2、独立思考，做事有主动性、创造性；
3、能够站在卖家、买家的角度思考问题；
4、数据分析、解读能力，借此正确指导营销活动；
5、熟悉电子商务行业（如eBay,淘宝，Amazon，PayPal,支付宝等）；
6、敏锐的数据分析能力,了解Google Analytics；
6、1年以上海外网络联盟营销经验（发布商角色更好）；
7、熟悉以下联盟网络：
Google Affiliate Network/DoubleClick Performics/Commission Junction/ShareASale/
ClickBank 等；
8、优秀的书面及口头英语表达能力；
9、英语六级；
拥有以下经验优先：
1、拥有网络买卖物品经验者优先；
2、熟悉HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PhotoShop/FireWorks。
