Managing Director Assistant

Job Description:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to MD
- Organize business trips, meetings and take minutes
- Act as translator for meetings and other business documents
- Presentation, letter and other official documents preparation
- Various office administration tasks when required
- Ad-hoc tasks from time to time


Requirements:
- University graduate with major in English; German or Translation, overseas education preferred
- 5 years working experience with min. 1 year in PA/Secretary position to senior management
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English; German is a plus
- Excellent translation / interpretation skills
- Experience in marketing is perferred
- Well-versed in MS Applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, highly organized and team worker
- With a "Can do" attitude and willing to learn
- Travelling is required from time to time
