职位描述
Position Overview:
Leading admin team to provide professional admin support to the offic.
Responsibilities
- Overall plan and action on staff birthday party/annual dinner event/farewell party,etc.
- Assistant HRD to make and implement the admin policies and processes.
- Make filling system in order and more convenice for staffing.
- Cost saving and daily expense control.
- Manage and update office licenses.
- Coordinator with Seattle helpdesk team to lead the local IT for office IT affairs
- Staff annual leave record keeping and recording to calculate meal allowance monthly.
- Purchase, manage and maintain the fixed assests.
- Manage the project of office decoration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Proficiencies
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Solid word processing and computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good personal skiils with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
Education and Experience
- At least college diploma or equivalent related experience.
- 5+ years of admin experience.
