Position Overview

Assist the Finance Manager to handle the daily routine Finance.


Responsibilities

1. Handling routine issues with banks and cash, and post it to voucher in time.
2. Verifies variety of payments and other related cash transactions; verifies and posts to appropriate accounts.
3. Be in charge of all staff reimbursement Check if expense claim items are supported by tax invoices and check accuracy of amount claimed. Arrange petty cash disbursement according to approved expense at the last working day.
4. Maintain the highest control and security of all aspects of cash, make sure accounts match the reality, replenish petty cash in a timely manner.
5. Complete the sub-ledger, expense ledger, taxation ledger and cash/bank journal on time.
6. Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank balances to general ledger and reconcile any discrepancy immediately.
7. Be responsible for inputting data into accounting system and maintaining related database.
8. Assist in the VAT issuing process.
9. Be responsible for VAT reconciliation report monthly.
10. Assist in the month-end closing process.


Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
2. 1-2 years cashier experience.
3. Fresh graduate is considerable.
