We’re looking for people passionate about writing creative and engaging content on the Web, especially on Social Media platforms.
我们正在寻找一位热衷于撰写网络，尤其是社交媒体创意文案的写手。
Here are some key qualifications. Does this sound like you?
你具备以下质素吗？
- Highly engaging and creative writing skills online, including Weibo/SNS, Weixin, ePR, BBS/forums, banner ads, websites, SEM ad texts, eDM
网络文案创意能力强。包括微博/社区，微信，ePR，BBS，网络广告，搜索引擎营销广告文案，eDM等
- Can develop concepts for digital campaigns
能为互联网营销出谋划策
- Experience in Online Community Management using top Social Media platforms would be a plus
有管理社交媒体管理网络社区的经验更佳
- Must be in frequent contact and have good following with Weibo/ Wechat friends/fans with proven capabilities of high engagement (i.e. getting a lot of comments and reposts from posted contents)
能与微博/微信粉丝进行流利的沟通和联络（如：在收到一定量的回复和转发时能够给与必要的回复）
- Must be fun and sociable both online and in real life
无论是线上还是线下都是一个风趣和广交朋友的人。
- Must be fluent in oral and written Chinese Mandarin. Knowledge in English would be a plus.
中文书面和口语娴熟。英语程度好更加分。
- Knowledge in Marketing and in different channels of Social Media including SNS, Blogs, Microblogs, BBS/forums, Video Marketing, etc. would be a plus
对市场营销以及不同渠道的社交媒体——SNS， 博客，微博，BBS，视频营销等有了解和认识
- Owning and maintaining a blog with good traffic and interaction rate would be a plus
拥有或者维护高访问量的博客者更佳。
- Must be residing in Shanghai, China
