Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies relating to development and redevelopment opportunities;
• Assist with investment consultancy projects working and coordinating with colleagues in Shanghai;
• ？Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments.
• Perform any other duties by direct supervisor.
  

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder or above from a recognized international university, preferably in real estate, mathematics or business;
• At least 2 years experience in property industry, either with a property investor or developer in an advisory role;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Independent, driven and detail oriented with strong analytical and report writing skills;
• ？Candidates with prior experience in equity research, fund management, or investment consulting focusing on the property sector highly desirable.
