Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）

1. 负责参与公司的设备选型、负责组织设备作业指导书、点检表、保养手册的编写、年度设备保养计划、年度设备保养预算编制和执行、设备运行成本管理、旧设备的技术改造、特种设备管理、设备技术档案管理；

2. 负责公司能源、水资源消耗管理；

3. 负责环境污染监控及治理、环境方面的法律法规的符合性审查管理、公司生产经营活动中对环境的评估；

4. 负责工厂设施、布局调整等基建项目的策划、实施、完工验收；

5. 设备部门员工的培训、工作目标的制定、工作绩效的考评；

Prerequisites（任职必要条件）

大专及以上学历，具有机械工程设计、自动化控制、基建管理、环境和能源相关法律法规等专业知识，在机械加工工厂5年以上工作经验和3年以上主管经理工作经验。

Position Competencies （职位能力要求）:

1． 丰富的设备管理经验和人员管理经验；

2． 良好的沟通能力及应急处理问题能力；

3． 熟悉ISO9001，ISO14001，OHSAS18001管理体系；

4． 良好的英语读写能力及熟练的使用办公自动化软件和制图软件。
