职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
·Responsible for production support, equipment troubleshooting and process improvement for optical fiber making manufacturing. Focus on troubleshooting for hardware and software problems with recommended improvements.
·Recommend equipment & process improvements for quality, yield and cost improvement
·Documentation & Training of improvements and equipment understanding to Operations for sustainability
·Support Manufacturing objectives with problem solving; applying the fundamentals of electrical/controls system troubleshooting, design & reliability, to determine root cause of problems
·Focus on building knowledge of the existing equipment and capabilities.
Projects involvement
·Individual contributor on projects, along with management of DMAIC improvement projects aimed at improving the process and technology related to fiber manufacturing equipment design, configuration and control
·Continuously support process and production performance improvements, provide equipment capabilities to achieve business goals
·Engineering position to support and improve existing fiber making process of optical fiber and support Technology Synchronization transfers from US.
·Documentation of status and issues and developing plans to resolve issues
Education & Experience
·Bachelor and /or above
·Major in Electrical, Automation or other related engineering fields
Required Skills
·Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferably in electrical and automation
·English communication skills, CET-6 or above
·3~5 years in control and PLC software development
·Preferably in understanding manufacturing process control and quality control
·With project management experience
Desired Skills
·Fluent English speaking
·Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
·Good at CAD tool (Pro/E) 3d modeling and 2d drawing with good mechanical design concept a plus
·Work experiences in manufacturing environment and equipment management; Knowledge of manufacturing process control; basic knowledge of production management and Manufacturing Execution System, process/quality control and improvement tools such as SPC
·With project management experience

·Strongly self-motivated
·Ability to work under pressure
·Good interpersonal communication skills
