Prestigious European Auto Design and Engineering Company is currently looking for a skilled PROJECT MANAGER to join the young and dynamic team of its Shanghai office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate with Sales and Design departments in defining the project details

- Supporting the Sale department in estimating project planning resources and costs related to the RFQ to define quotation contents and prices

- Keep close communication with Clients during the entire project process, to facilitate the information flow

- Agree the timescales, costs and resources needed

- Manage the technical communication with the company suppliers involved in the project

- Draw up a detailed project schedule / plan

- Define team members’ responsibilities and ensure that every member is completing their tasks on time

- Verify that the project develops according to the contract contents

- Keep track of the cost of the project

- Revise the project process and system to ensure the timely and qualified delivery

- Coordinate with Sales and Design departments in reporting regularly on progress to the client

REQUIREMENTS:

- Mechanical / Automotive Engineering background

- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English

- Experience in automotive R&D/ Engineering highly preferred

- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

- Strong personality, good leadership

- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability

- Great attention to detail

- Good communication and negotiation skills, team-spirit
