工作职责：

Follow the workflow and safety requirement of project team, ensure that job schedule is progressing smoothly

遵守项目组的工作流程和安全要求，并确保工作如期顺畅进行。

Respond to customer inquiry on job status and follow up, Handle clients’ inquiry and make necessary referrals.

回复客户关于工作状态的咨询并跟进, 处理客户的咨询并作出必要的建议。

Direct the sub-ordinates to perform their duties properly and monitor their quality of work.

指导下属正确地执行职务并监控其工作的质量水平。

Perform sample preparation and disposition in accordance with the workflow.

根据工作流程进行样品预处理和样品处置。

Prepare the worksheets and form if necessary.

建立必要的工作单和表格。

Check and approve the assigned job to the laboratory.

核查及批准分配至实验室的任务单。

Finalize the testing report and primarily review the testing report.

完成测试报告并做初步审核。

岗位要求：

Prefer Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

Minimum two years related working experience on testing & certification industry. Preferable on below categories: household appliance, power tools, lighting products.

至少2年的检测认证相关工作经验, 具备以下产品经验者优先考虑: 家电,电动工具,灯具。

Strong communication skill and customer service understanding.

较强的沟通技巧和客户服务意识.

Ability to communicate in English
