Job Description:
1. Process expense reports and payments, monitor and improve expense report format and follow up for expense approvals
2. Conduct onsite site visits with tenants, engineers, suppliers, contractors, etc.
3. Interface with agents to source tenants for commercial podium
4. Keep track of bank balance and historical costs of project and learn to input into Asset Management Model
5. Forecast Consultant payments and keep track of consultant payment flows and liaise with consultants to process payments
6. Participate and learn the tenant coordination process for commercial podium, help to coordinate with Local Design Institute,
Project Manager, and Tenants/Agent, to allocate space
6. Improve Tenant marketing materials, expand market report section, improve floor plans

Qualifications
1. College degree above, at least 3 years experience in either leasing, property management, retail or F&B store location
2. speaks and writes basic english (no need to be fluent）
3. The company's GM will personally train the person and he will in essence be GM's assistant (not secretary, but some admin work). It's a good opportunity for young person with ambition to learn more about all facets of real estate.
4. will work onsite, and sometimes be asked to do work on computer at night

岗位职责：
协助处理费用报告和付款流程的文案工作，监督和改善费用报表格式以及跟进费用审批。
与租户，工程师，供应商以及合约商的进行现场实地考察。
追踪和了解银行结余和以往项目的开销费用以及学习把其输入到资产管理模型。
跟顾问专员合作，一并预估顾问费以及跟踪了解顾问费用支付进程
参与以及学习商业平台租户协调程序，当地设计院，项目经理以及承租人/代理商间一并协调，如何按照租户的要求进行合理的空间分配。

任职条件：
1、 全日制大学专科及以上学历，至少3年商铺租赁、物业管理、零售业商铺、食品饮料商铺相关工作经验
2、基本的英语听说读写能力
3、总经理会亲自带训，本质上是协助总经理处理相关的工作
4、大部分时间会在现场工作，有时候也会要求晚上用电脑处理一些文案工作
