- 负责MySQL数据库日常运维及故障解决，设计和实施MySQL备份和恢复方案；
- 负责MySQL数据库性能监控和调优工作；
- 开发支持、数据处理以及SQL优化；
- 制定和改进应急预案、策略和相关规范；
- 为游戏数据库设计提供性能和管理上的建议；
- 编写程序或脚本分析、处理相关数据和文件（如日志等）。
任职资格
- 本科或本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
- 二年以上MySQL数据库全职DBA经验；
- 精通MySQL体系结构，良好的故障分析和解决能力；
- 精通各种备份和恢复技术，熟悉MySQL复制；
- 具备利用系统工具分析和优化数据库的能力；
- 具有一定数据分析经验；
- 精通SQL编程，具备较好SQL调优能力；
- 熟悉Linux操作系统，具有至少一种常见脚本编程能力，如shell/perl/python 等；
- 之前有Web或者Game行业的从业经验，可优先考虑；
- 工作认真,学习能力强,善沟通,富有团队合作精神。
