GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be responsible for assembly manufacturing management following up.Production schedules according to support customer shipment schedule and lead the assembly team of various machine systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

？ Understand and plan assembly team capacity
？ Understand and follow up production schedules, adhere to customer shipment schedules
？ Organize for/participate in resolving all production issues affecting delay in shipment
？ Ensuring quality standards and procedures are met, to prioritize the build quality
？ Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives/actions
？ Lead, manage and develop the team, which includes but is not limited to team development planning, coaching, mentoring and providing resources
？ Interact with customers
？ Performance management for team members measured with data toward preset target
？ Ensure every team member understand and following up highly strengthened Husky EHS policy and process
？ Ensure every team member understand and following up highly strengthened 5S in production area

？ Good understanding mechanical/hydraulic technologies and and basic knowledge with electrical area
？ Able to read blueprints & schematics
？ Experience with MRP/ERP
？ Familiar with quality management systems
？ Able to perform root cause analysis and find out complete solutions, implement the solutions, and ensure the result is well verified
？ Proven ability to manage and motivate people, influence others to work towards a common business and/or team goal, resolve conflicts, communicate well with team and others, and provide and be receptive to feedback
？ Able to interpret the company/department stratigy to handy actions with global perspective and strategic thinking
？ A better people leader is the plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- EDUCATION (Indicate required and/or preferred education for this job.)
Engineering College graduation
- RELATED EXPERIENCE (Indicate required and/or preferred experience for this job.)
3 - 5 years of manufacturing experience
Previous experience in leading a team would be an asset
