責任概要

合理有效的每日厨房设备清洁及管事部员工管理。区域的职责包括配菜间,夜班清洁,后备区清洗及保洁,宴会的餐具和食物运行。在有效控制运营成本的同时要力求不断提高客人与员工的满意程度。通过坚持和执行各种万豪标准政策和万豪虹桥大酒店的各项政策，培训和指导其部门其他员工和实习生，为所有顾客提供始终如一的，高质量保证的食品和服务。

職位要求

• 具备处理食物和环境卫生标准的知识
• 具备基本的卫生管控及使用清洁设备的知识
• 理解如何使用厨房及盘碟设备
• 良好的组织能力及调节员工关系能力
• 培训员工相关工作技巧及提高卫生标准
• 星级酒店相关工作经验优先
