职位描述
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1. To be able to handle skilfully office automation software such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Both in Chinese and English version.
熟练的掌握办公室自动化软件, 例如Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 等等。无论中英文版。
2. To translate and interpret orally and written documents.
翻译和解释口头和书面的文件。
3. To receive dictation, compose, type letters, correspondences, contracts, memo, reports etc.
具备听写,书写文章能力,同时可以写信,合同和备忘录,报告等。
4. To handle mailings, faxes and incoming correspondences of Event office.
可以处理信件,传真和宴会统筹部门新的信息。
5. To schedule and properly prepare all documents for Sr. Event Manager approval.
可以为宴会统筹经理安排和准备所有有关的文件。
6. To receive telephone calls, take messages and inform related persons when available.
接电话,记录信息和在可以的情况下通知相关的人员。
7. To greet and handle all guests, both internal and external.
能友好处理好和国内外客人的关系。
8. To keep Sr. Event Manager, Assistant Event Manager, Event Executives appointments, engagements and meetings.
保存好宴会统筹经理,宴会统筹行政人员的任务文件,书面要求和会议记录。
9. To organize and attend meetings, including the preparation of agenda and minutes.
组织和出席会议, 包括在会议上要讨论的事的准备和会议记录。
10. To keep track and ensure the proper maintenance of all paper documents and filling.
保存所有文件和档案记录。
11. To properly maintain the Corporate Standards of Operations and the Local Standards of Operations.
保持企业操作标准和地方操作标准。
12. To distribute the daily BEO and weekly forecast to each department.
为每个部门建立每天的BEO和每周的预测

? Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and banquet, event service operations
熟知菜单的各类推出计划,食品介绍,宴会及各类活动的服务运营操作
? Ability to manage guest room and meeting space inventories
合理管理会议室的空间安排
? Understanding of facility management (Sanitation, maintenance, operations)
理解各项宴会管理设备,包括清洁,维护及操作
? Strong customer development and relationship management skills
良好的客户发展及关系维护管理技巧
? Knowledge of Event Technology products and services
熟悉宴会提供产品及服务
? Strong communication skills (Verbal, Listening, Writing)
