Synopsis:

As a Quality Assurance Manager at EF Labs, you will lead, grow, and manage our QA engineers across multiple functional teams, partner with technical development managers to define & enforce quality improvement policies, collaborate with product and project management teams to the success of product roadmap and company strategy fulfillment.

The role:

The Quality Assurance Manager is a key role in EF Labs.
You are the leader/mentor of your teams to grow them further in their career path;
You are the organizer/optimizer, to continuously improve the quality assurance process for efficiency and consistency;
You are the evangelist/champion, to ensure the technical excellence across the whole development organization.

You will:
?Optimize QA staffing structure through recruiting, selecting, coaching, counseling and disciplining
?Take full responsibility on performance management work, ensure your staffs fully understand the performance expectation from the organization, and be motivated within the EF philosophy
?Adapt manual & automated testing best practices to EF Labs, to improve the QA process efficiencies and consistencies company wide
?Preparing and completing quality assurance operational plans through identifying critical control points and preventive measures
?Establishing quality monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures
?Enforcing continuous quality improvement action plans, and measurement procedures
?Provide recommendations/assistance on testing tools
?Supervise QA activities, participate in test plan preparation, test case review and case execution result analysis

You have/are:
?Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science/Engineering majors
?Minimum 6 years’ working experience in software quality assurance (manual & automation)
?Minimum 3 years’ experience taking QA leadership/management role leading 10+ team members
?Strong QA/management experience in web-based products/systems
?Strong Hands on experience in test automation is mandatory
?Strong inter-person, and expectation management skills
?Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
?Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure
