本科以上学历；机电、汽车相关专业从优

University degree or above; majoring in engineering or automation would be preferred

要求 Requirements

1. 三年以上汽车或相关制造行业工作经验

3 years working experience in automotive or manufacturing

2. 具备良好的项目管理经验

Experience in project management

3. 有在生产、物流、质量等相关方面的成本控制工作经历

Cost control experience related to manufacturing, logistics, quality, etc

4. 良好的领导,沟通和团队合作能力

Good leadership, excellent communication skill and team work

5. 英语说写流利；熟练使用MSOFFICE

Good English speaking and writing; good at MS OFFICE

6. 了解汽车行业质量体系要求.例如TS16949, QS9000, APQP, FMEA, PPAP

Understand automotive quality system requirements, like: TS16949, QS9000, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.

岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 协助建立年度的AB VAVE可行性计划，定期更新

Associate AB VAVE target Setting in line with TCH VAVE

2. 维护更新AB及ACS的VAVE项目数据，保持与其他各工厂及部门的数据一致性

Maintain daily database and AGPS VAVE DB to keep in line with other plant and dept.

3. 协助对于潜在VAVE机会，进行可行性分析研究

Research on potential VAVE and lead feasibility study

4. 跨部门合作，依据VAVE流程，推进VAVE项目实施

Follow VAVE process to lead VAVE items implement under a cross-function team

5. 依照时间要求，协助完成相关工作报告

Associate generate related report and submit on time

6. 确保跨部门合作，保障高效沟通

Ensure an efficient and effective communication inside cross function team

7. 在所负责领域内，达成成本降低指标

Achieve cost saving target in respective working area

8. 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜

Finish task appointed by VAVE manager
