JOB SUMMARY

职位描述

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the project management and system integration of equipment installation along with providing after sales service as the core assignments with some exposure to other aspects of testing services. The service engineer shall report directly to the Service Manager.

本职位主要工作职责将包括提供设备的售后服务，并会负责设备的安装调试管理协调工作，以及部分测试工作。本职位向设备服务经理汇报。

Perform initial checkout and startup of equipment

负责最初的设备检查与调试工作

Perform functional checkout and specification verification of equipment

负责设备的功能检查及规格验证工作

Perform annual calibration of all transducers of the equipment in terms of pressure,torque,temperature, etc.

负责提供设备的年度传感器标定服务，包括压力，力矩和温度等。

Document and communicate equipment issues during checkout and startup process.

处理在进行检查和调试过程中的文件和通讯设备问题。

Troubleshoot a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical systems

进行涉及软件，电气和机械液压的设备故障排查工作。

Train customers on the use of equipment

对客户进行设备操作培训

Perform equipment calibration to ISO17025 standards

对设备进行ISO17025相关的标定工作

Provide after sales technical assistance to customers via phone, and e-mail

通过电话，邮件提供售后支持工作

Troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs

排查故障、维修设备

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on equipment

Support and conduct testing in our own laboratory

Modify or update existing equipment

Perform occasional equipment installation

Accurately complete required documentation in a timely manor

Requirements:

要求:

Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field - (may be waived in lieu of experience)

本科毕业，电气、机械电子等相关工程专业。

Minimum of 2 years of applicable work experience related to test equipment

两年设备调试或设备维护相关经验（测试设备优先）

Experience with expansion refrigeration systems, or environmental testing experience is highly preferred.

有相关工业制冷系统，环境测试系统经验的优先。

Experience working with electrical/ electronic, mechanical, pneumatics/hydraulic, and software controls.

有电子电气，机械，气动，液压，软件控制系统相关经验。

Experience with computers， IT，equipment software control, and PID controllers a plus.
有电脑，IT，设备软件控制系统，及PID控制系统经验的优先。

Have good knowledge of electrical and electronic applications.

了解电气及电子方面的应用知识

Basic knowledge of relay logic control systems, PLC control systems, signal conditioning requirements of various transducers, AC and DC drive control systems, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems and standards, various closed loop PID control systems and theories, failsafe design standards, National Electrical Code, how various transducers operate, various electro-mechanical devices.

Exceptional troubleshooting skills

故障排查技能

Safely work with voltages up to 600 VAC

能够在600VAC电压下安全工作

Good customer interface and relationship management skills

Strong computer skills (Candidate must be able to learn ProLink Software)

熟练的计算机技能（必须学习Prolink 软件）

Correctly read various styles of electrical & hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

Moderate level of soldering and de-soldering skills

Ability to learn and implement new technology and methods
