2、主动地跟踪货物的动态，及时向代理进行反馈。

3、协助和客户对帐，确认付款等事宜；

4、完成业务系统输入，更新每周货量报表；

任职资格：

1、 熟悉了解海运出口的操作流程和业务知识，有相关的海外客服经验者优先；

2、 英语四级以上，能较熟练的与海外代理邮件及电话交流；

3、 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；

4、 有较强的客户服务意识和服务技巧；

5、 工作效率高、细致，耐心、责任心强；
