Objective:
In charge of the project management including business plan, budget, business development, marketing, operation, IT support and etc.Major responsibilies:
1.Understand and analyze industry environment, including legal environment, market demands, competition environment to identify demands and potential business opportunities.
2.Conduct business plan and be responsible for the corresponding implementation.
3.Create budget for business units or projects; deliver monthly managerial reports and financial analysis to management.
4.Lead the product design, development and manage the implementation to ensure timely delivery
5.Deliver business proposals and provide appropriate solutions to meet client business requirements.
6.Deliver managerial reports, board papers, etc to keep effective communication with the management team.
7.Lead project team to ensure effective and efficient daily operation.
8.In charge of project team building and management; Create appropriate incentive structures for effective team motivation; Take care of people development.Qualifications:
Education Background:MBA
Age Requirement:27-40years old
Skills:
1.At least three years experience in project management, consulting or management position
2.Industry/customer analysis ability and finance knowledge
3.Good strategy and process planning skills; customer service attitude and strong at problem solving
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
5.Team work is highly appreciated.Personality:
