Main duties:
1. Communication with investigators to pass/receive investigation information and process investigation reports;
2. Assist in daily investigation arrangement and ISD admin/finance issues;
3. Online search & input of database for some projects run by line manager;
4. Some other secretarial support to line manager;
5. Maintain internal database and filing.


Requirements:
1. Experience in IP/secretarial works is obviously an asset for this position;
2. Good English writing skills (TEM 8 or equivalent);
3. Basic IT skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.);
4. Basic knowledge on foreign trade and IP related law is a good addition;
5. patient and attentive to details.
