Responsibilities: 职责
1.Coordinating with CAD drawing for booth regulating
协助使用CAD软件画图进行展位调整
2.Assisting Sales Department with implementing the procedure of booth assignment
协助销售部贯彻展位分配的流程
3.Helping our exhibitors and partners to familiar with exhibition hall and provide necessary data
帮助展商与合作伙伴熟悉展馆场地并提供必要的技术信息
4.Coordinating in interfacing with Clients, Freight forwarders, Contractors, Government Organizations, etc.
与客户，运输商，搭建商，政府机构等部门的协助及协调工作
5.Onsite checking for accuracy of all the booth name, number, size, the number of electric box, etc.
现场确认展位名称，号码，尺寸及电箱数量等的准确性
6.Coordinating operation manager to give the summary report after the exhibition
协助运营经理于展后提供展会总结报告
7.Assisting with translation and interpretation (CH-EN-CH) when required
协助进行翻译及口译的工作（中-英-中）
8.Answering phone calls or reply emails from exhibitors or our business partners
接听展商及合作伙伴的相关电话与及时回复电子邮件
9.Other jobs assigned by superior
