Job Description:

1. Lead solving manufacturing quality issue, can provide quality tools coaching as appropriate.

主导解决制造相关的质量问题，并提供合适的质量工具指导

2. Lead new product quality actives at product whole life cycle, ensure produce smoothly and satisfy with customer requirement.

主导新产品相关的质量行动，包括整个产品周期，确保产品达到顾客要求并使顾客满意。

3. Lead team for monitor process quality trend and look for continual improvements

带领团队监控过程质量并持续改进。

4. Lead internal Failure Analysis for quality issue and follow up the effectiveness of CAR

主导质量失效分析并跟踪纠正预防措施的有效性。

5. Lead handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions

主导客户投诉和返修产品的处理，推行纠正预防措施。

6. Lead role of ISO 9000 quality system audit, process audit and product audit

主导进行质量管理体系审核，过程审核和产品审核



Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree, major in machining, mechanical, engineering or related

机械工程或相关本科学历

2.5 years QA work experience in relevant field, familiar with test, machining and assembly is preferred.

五年以上的质量工作经验，熟习测试，机加工，和装配优先

3. Experience in leading improvement teams.

4. Familiar with SQC, SPC, FMEA, process flow charting, and other related Quality technologies

5. Proficient on ISO9001 and other industry standards associated with Quality program requirements

6. Ability to be active part of solution and the responsibility for all the suppliers quality issues

7. Can conduct training to direct labor and other cross function team on quality awareness and quality tools
