Responsibility - To support in customer survey implementation:

岗位职责——参与并支持各个项目的消费者调研：

-> Organize and maintain the internal customer database 建立并维护内部消费者数据库

-> Screen target customers in accordance with the briefing offered by research project teams 根据项目组提供的要求甄别目标消费者

-> Draft the survey implementation plan, incl. objective, survey and data analysis methodology, timing, responsibility, internal and external resources, standard, monitoring, expected results, etc. 起草调研执行计划，包括目标、调研及数据分析方法、时间安排、分工、内部及外部资源、标准、跟踪、预期结果等

-> Discuss and confirm the implementation plan with the project teams 与项目组讨论并确认执行计划

-> Support to organize and manage the survey personnel to conduct the plan 协助组织及管理调研人员完成调研计划

-> Report the analysis results to the project team and do the modification 向项目团队汇报调研分析结果并进行修改

Prioritized Ability:

任职资格：

-> Bachelor and above 本科及以上学历

-> (preferred) Discipline: Statistics, Automotive, Mechanic, Marketing 统计、汽车、机械、营销专业优先

-> (preferred) 1~2 years’ experience in customer survey 拥有1-2年用户调研经验者优先

-> Basic written and spoken English and translation skill 基本的英语书写、口语及翻译能力

-> Willing to work with different project teams 乐于与不同的项目组沟通合作

-> Able to work under pressure and enjoys details 能够在一定压力下完成工作，并擅于处理好细节问题

-> Passion and responsibility for the work 对工作具备热情和责任感

-> Basic Skill in using EXCEL & PowerPoint 基本的EXCEL和PowerPoint应用技巧

-> Resident in Jiading (Anting) is preferred 居住地址为嘉定安亭者优先
