1/ Purchasing and production follow up:
Prepare purchase orders both in excel and ERP
Verify prices, quantities and lead time with factory
Prepare requests for deposit payment
Get approval and payment from UK and update ERP and PO follow up tables
Prepare and send shipping marks to factory
Agree on QC date with the factory and our internal QC team

2 / Logistics:
Check regularly if production is on time
After QC, check packing list and record any PO quantity change
Update confirmed time of departure and arrival both in PO follow up table and ERP
Prepare weekly report with updated logistics table + any quantity and timing change
Prepare documents for balance payment once products are on the way to the UK
Make sure that the factory prepares and sends all shipping documents to our forwarder

3/ Support merchandising team in various tasks depending on the needs (occasional):
Factory sourcing
Fair follow up
Help organizing sourcing trips

requirements:

1. You should have 3 to 5 years working experience in foreign trade industry, home furniture will be better.
2. You'd better have engineering background, understand drawings and product structure and the coating.
3. Understand factory production process.
4. Stable, at least stay in a company more than 3 years.
