Job Purpose
First Class Course Consultant demonstrates core value of First Class and introduces First Class course plans to parents according to their needs and wants. A consultant should always develop good relationship with parents and meet monthly sales targets.

Job Descriptions
1. Introduce First Class courses to parents and design suitable course plans according to customers’ desires.
2. Work closely with academic department to deliver updated information of First Class courses and services to customers, and always maintain good relationship with parents.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Follow up with students’ studying progress and provide feedbacks to parents.
5. Follow up with potential customers with telephone and schedule appointments for trial lessons.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Colleague degree or above. Good Chinese and English communication and presentation skills.
2. At lease one year work experience in sales related field.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4. Flexible to work during weekends and evenings.
5. Teamwork skills.


课程销售顾问
工作目标：
非凡学科英语课程销售顾问代表非凡学科英语向家长传递我们的教学理念，根据家长的需要和孩子的水平为客户设计合理的教学课程，并保持与学生和家长的充分沟通。同时达到既定的季度销售目标。

工作介绍：
1. 向家长介绍非凡学科英语的教学理念和课程并为客户设计合理教学课程。
2. 与学术部紧密合作，向家长持续更新非凡学科英语的课程和服务，与客户保持良好合作关系。
3. 达到既定销售目标。
4. 跟进客户子女学习进度，与家长持续课堂表现。
5. 跟进预约客户，与客户电话沟通并预约试听课时间。

核心要求：
1. 大专以上学历；良好的中英文表达能力。
2. 至少1年相关经验。
3. 善于沟通，性格开朗。
4. 具团队合作能力。
5. 较为弹性的工作时间。
6. 具有培训和教育行业销售经验优先。

First Class English offers you the educational experience of British Primary Schools.

At First Class, multiple subjects are taught in English. The teaching methods and learning activities of the curriculum are designed by an eminent British Educational specialist, taking into account the special characteristics of young Chinese children. Together with our use of a series of books published by the world-famous Oxford University Press, this enables us to provide a broad experience of British pre-school and primary school education to Chinese nursery and primary school children aged between 3 - 12 years old.

Small class sizes
Restricting the class size to 8-12 ensures full communication between teachers and students.. It allows teachers to fully understand the English level of each individual child and to assist in the development of their independence.

Library
We believe children learn from having a broad range of reading available to them. In each of our centres therefore we have a library, with free membership.

Qualified foreign teachers
All our teachers are native English speakers and either have or are obtaining TEFL and /or TESOL certificates.

Broad curriculum
The teaching core is broad: it comprises multiple subjects taught in English, including mathematics, science and Humanities.

The materials are those used in British primary schools. Learning takes place through enjoyable activities which help to develop Chinese children’s abilities to think in English as well as their independence, presentation and leadership skills.
