1) Supplier Management

- Maintain current AVL & Register qualified new vendors as request ( Make sure related documentation in place )

- Coordinate with legal department to ensure the vendor contract signed ratio

- Further collect monthly KPI from main vendors for IFF

- Check accuracy of operational invoices from local vendors

2) Support Quality Manager on QHSE Certification Project

- Maintain system documentation including update of QHSE Management System Manual, System procedures, Work instructions and related forms and templates.

- Prepare for the yearly surveillance audit of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001

- Help QHSE committee members deploy related certification tasks

- Perform yearly Fire Drill

- Analyze yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey

- Organize yearly Internal Audit, Q-MR meeting

- Collect related records

3) Internal Audit

- Run internal audit on regular basis as monitor of key operation process, such as Jobfile checking list audit, desk-keeping audit etc.

Assist Quality Manager in special tasks and projected as requested
