职位要求：
1、技术学院毕业，具有2年以上工作经验 ；
2、熟悉设计图纸和设计方法；
3、能够使用滑规，投影仪，游标卡尺，千分尺和百分表；
4、能操作光学或视频测量系统；
5、具有国际标准化组织工作环境者优先；
6、具有英语听说读写能力；
7、有上进心，愿意学习并且具有快速学习能力，女性候选人优先。

工作职责：
1、按照设计图纸规格检查零部件，首件零部件检验确认，维护库存所有零部件；
2、准备ISO检验报告，具有维护ISO文件的能力；
3、检查所有组件和模具的装配加工，确保纠正、预防措施的有效和及时实施，确保完整的操作并且没有遗漏；
4、校准仪器保持良好的工作状态；
5、根据需要执行临时任务。

Qualification
1)Diploma or Technical Education Min 2 yrs, with 2years exp
2)Must able read drawings and projection methods.
3)Able to use profile projector. Vernier caliper, Micrometer and dial gauges.
4)Able to operate the Optical or Video Measuring systems(smart scope)
5)Knowledge about the slip gauges.
6)Worked in an ISO environment will be an added advantage.
7)Maintain QC records and report according the stipulated standard
8)Willing to learn and fast learner.
9)Preferably a Female Candidate.
(Will train the QC for assembly at the start followed will be trained and appoint when the production increases)

Nature of Work
1)Check the parts according to the drawing specifications.
2)Able to maintain the ISO documents.
3)Perform 100% inspection on all First Article parts and components.
4)Prepare inspection reports
5)Ensure the corrective/ preventive actions are implemented effectively and promptly.
6)Calibration of instruments and maintain all the instruments in good condition

Responsibilities
1)Perform inspections on all machining component and tooling assembly.
2)Assurance of operations done and make sure no missing of operations
3)Maintain ISO and inspection report records
4)Maintain stock list of all parts and others which ever assigned
5)Perform Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
6)Able read and write English
